A cooperative venture of the Moltoni Group, Pittsburgh Mineral Environmental Technology and Castlebrook Development Group completed the demolition of nearly 450,000 square feet of vacant industrial buildings and developed 35 acres of Brownfields into "shovel ready" pads.
The project was completed with a $6.5 million Redevelopment Grant Program (RACP) Grant received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
