Smyth Homes philosophy is simple: Bring talented and experienced people together to create thoughtful, sustainable design while adding beauty and new life to each unique neighborhood we are a part of. Lori moved to Austin and started Smyth Homes in 2014 after fifteen years of spec building, project management and interior design in Santa Barbara, California.
She has found Austin to be a beautifully creative and caring community and loves making homes for its long time and/or new residents. She looks at each project through the lens of a designer and focuses her attention on the details of each home which make all the difference between good and great.
Nick brings six years of construction management experience and has teamed up with Smyth Homes to create a new level of construction services which include development, design/build services for homeowners and turnkey solutions for investors.Nick manages the operations for Smyth Homes utilizing new industry solutions, streamlining construction processes and developing cost-savings strategies while maintaining the Smyth Home philosophy.
