In order to uncover high-quality projects for selected investors, our Development team applies thorough and detailed due diligence, moving forward only if the project meets SARA's rigorous criteria.
In a given year, the Development team will analyze between 300 and 500 projects in well-established Midwestern metro areas.
Of these, they choose 10 to 15 to pursue.
