CMC - Construction Management Corporation was founded in 1990, in Dallas, Texas to provide construction management services to third party clients.
After several years as a successful business, CMC eventually evolved to become a full-service commercial real estate development company.
At this time it was appropriate to change the name of the company and thus in 1995 the present day CMC - Commercial Realty Group was formed.
Together, the principals at CMC collectively bring over 50 years of real estate experience to the company.
