The State of Alabama REAL ESTATE COMMISSION requires additionally (to Licensing Requirements), a SALESPERSON applicant must, prior to taking the state exam, successfully complete an approved 60 clock hour Pre-License course.
The NSRE Pre-License Course consist of 11 Modules, 3 days of Cram Course, 1 Final Exam - (3 1/2 hours) and the student must score a minimum of 70% to pass the course.
All classes must be attended!
You have 1 year from the date you enroll to take all 11 modules and successfully pass the course final exam.
