Forest Creek Estates subdivision is located in Plano, Texas.
In 2005, Plano was designated the best place to live in the Western United States by Money magazine, making it a desirable location in the DFW Metroplex.
Plano, which is located primarily in Collin County on the far north side of Dallas has schools that consistently score among the highest in the nation.
The sales varied widely in price throughout the subdivision with the lowest sale was at $224,500 and the highest sale was at $490,000.
