When Collette Lee founded her boutique real estate firm in 1989, she had a vision of creating a locally minded, community-oriented real estate firm composed of highly trained agents, providing superior service and expertise to support building better neighborhoods. Now, 30 years later, Collette and her son Brent are continuing that same vision with an updated look.

Windermere Real Estate, Tower Properties is committed to provide the highest level of service, and the fullest understanding of the tools, trends and processes that will make your real estate transaction as smooth and successful as possible. Our commitment to our community is what sets us apart from our competition; Windermere Cares: Because we live here too.

Windermere has a network of over 300 offices and more than 7,000 agents throughout the Western United States and Mexico. Windermere has always focused on three basic principles: hire the best people; give them the best tools; create thriving communities. It's not rocket science, but it has worked pretty well for us for over 40 years.
Services
We are a company that is rooted in service.
We support and inspire our network of entrepreneurs with the tools and resources they need to take their businesses to the next level.
We are deeply committed to our communities and foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
Windermere's community of agents and franchise owners is our greatest asset.
They are inspired producers, continuously in pursuit of mastering their craft, building thoughtful relationships, and making their communities a better place to live.
How we achieve this goal is pretty straightforward: good-old-fashioned customer service.
Because earning your trust and respect is our highest priority.
It's been that way for more than 40 years, passed down from one generation of Windermere agents to the next.
Buying or selling a home is rarely a simple endeavor, so we use a combination of knowledge, passion, and market savvy to meet all of your real estate needs - a commitment we intend to uphold.
The city was founded in the early 1870s beside the Santa Ana River by John W. North, a staunch temperance-minded abolitionist from Tennessee, who had previously founded Northfield, Minnesota.
A few years after, the navel orange was planted and found to be such a success that full-scale planting started.
Riverside was temperance minded, and Republican.
There were four saloons in Riverside when it was founded.
The license fees were raised until the saloons moved out of Riverside.
Investors from England and Canada transplanted traditions and activities adopted by prosperous citizens.
The Wood Streets Neighborhood was established between 1910 and 1920 when the City of Riverside extended Magnolia Avenue to connect with Main and Market.
This neighborhood is roughly one square mile and received its namesake as most of the streets are named after trees or contain the suffix wood.
With Downtown Riverside and the Tequesquite Arroyo only minutes away this residential community offers a convenient location that is the perfect balance of city and nature that cannot be found anywhere else.
The Victoria Neighborhood, having been a part of the great City of Riverside since its beginnings, is anything but old.
This established neighborhood, sometimes referred to as Victoria Woods, is home to some of the most distinct and historic features in the county.
With rich architecture and even richer history and landmarks, the neighborhood of Victoria is the quiet gem of Riverside County.
The roads that the residents of this community drive are lined with ranch style homes with mature landscapes and wind along the natural flow of elevation of the area, providing a peaceful ambiance during an otherwise routine act.
