Michele Hart has been a Real Estate broker in Breckenridge since moving here in 1992. She came to Summit County, having recently graduated from Denison University and had planned to spend a year in the mountains. Michele fell in love with the community and ultimately chose to make Breckenridge her home and raise a family. As one of Breckenridge's top producing real estate agents, Michele provides exceptional service to both buyers and sellers.
She has been recognized over the years with numerous awards and has served on the local board of realtors as both a Breckenridge director and the association treasurer. She believes that service needs to extend far beyond the transaction itself and continues to help her clients who inevitably turn into friends. Jim's passion is family and the outdoors which landed him in Breckenridge over 30 years ago.
