Currently licensed as a Broker in both Missouri and California.
Prior to establishing The Stephens Company in San Diego, CA in 1996, was associated with two (2) leading real estate commercial brokerage firms: CB Commercial and Sperry Van Ness.
Prior to entering the commercial real estate industry, Mr. Stephens developed extensive analytical and negotiating skills in Corporate Finance as an officer of American Airlines and Republic Bank, and as an analyst with Exxon Corporation.
