A Certified Residential Appraiser in the state of California, Craig is VA Approved since 2017, Craig is FHA Approved since 1994, a past associate member of the Appraisal Institute, and a member of the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Appraisers Survey since 1994.

Most appointments are set within the hour we recieve them, and the inspections within 2-5 days currently!
We are currently running between 2-4+- business days for most orders!
Estimated turn around is 2-5+- business days after the date of inspection.
Remember, delays caused by the borrowers to gain access are not included in our estimated turn around time!
