We provide capital for purchase or refinance transactions, acquisition/construction/development, new construction, rehabilitation, and we are also now funding Debtor in Possession financing (DIP financing) as well.
Programs include recourse and non-recourse, 1-25 year terms, up to 90% LTV/LTC (under certain circumstances), owner/user, cash-out, and quick evaluations and closings.
