There is just nothing like handing a first time home buyer the keys to their new home. They have dreamt of this moment, and after searching, they have finally found "the one" and have closed escrow. Need help selling your home in San Diego? When you are trying to sell your home, you are not only looking for the best value, but you also want to complete the process as quickly and smoothly as possible.

I have always had a deep love and admiration for our Armed Forces. The fact that these brave men and women, volunteer to put their lives on the line to protect our freedom is just astounding to me. Born to a Top-producing Realtor mother (or Ma as I like to call her) and a Real Estate developer father, Real Estate runs through my veins. I started working in Real Estate when I was 18 as a Transaction Coordinator and assistant which taught me a lot about the 'behind the scenes' of the business.

When I got my license not to brag, but finished first in my class. Ok, Im bragging I immediately knew that I wanted to focus on first time Buyers and VA transactions.

Located on the eastern outskirts of San Diego, El Cajon is sometimes referred to as "The Big Box."
It is noted for its annual parades and events, its Water Conservation Garden and Butterfly Garden at Cuyamaca College, and its proximity to the nearby wilderness with parks like Cuyamaca Rancho State Park and Anza-Borrego Desert State Park just a drive away.
Despite being on the edge of the city however, it does not take long to drive downtown.
This makes El Cajon a wonderful spot to settle down if you want to enjoy the convenience of the city alongside the delights of nature.
Wedged between Imperial Beach and San Ysidro to the south and National City to the north, Chula Vista is one of San Diego's most bustling areas.
Its name, which translates to "Beautiful View" is a likely reference to its proximity to the San Diego Bay.

While the crowds can be intense, Chula Vista has a lot going for it in terms of conveniences, attractions, and entertainment.
It is close to downtown and boasts several trolley stops.
Just west of Spring Valley and south of La Mesa is Lemon Grove, a beautiful neighborhood toward the eastern side of the San Diego metropolitan area.
Lemon Grove's location puts it a short drive away from El Cajon to the east, but a stone's throw away from downtown San Diego.
Lemon Grove's most iconic sight is perhaps "The World's Biggest Lemon, " a 3,000-pound sculpture of a lemon measuring ten feet in length by six feet in width and located at the corner of Lemon Grove Avenue and Broadway.
The base of the sculpture bears the inscription, "Best Climate on Earth, " referencing yet another of the city's charms.
