The end of another year not only closed the chapter on 2019, but closed the book on the decade as well.
It appears that predictions from even the most knowledgeable in the financial and housing worlds don't always come true.
While second quarter 2019 sales in the Luxury Housing market in most areas were flat compared to second quarter 2018, the median price stayed constant and the inventory stayed flat or went down.
The 4th quarter Luxury Market of 2018 showed similar results in both Minnesota and South East Florida.

2020 showed Florida as the state with the highest level of net domestic migration along with being the 15th largest economy in the world!
2021 Florida's economy also expanded by an annual average of 2.2% over the last five years, well above the comparable 1.4% national annualized growth rate.
Those are some of the numbers that coincide with the pace of a real life housing market, the likes of which I have never seen during my last few visits to South Florida.
