Kristen Reynolds joined Prime in 2017 and is our Accounts Manager.
Kristen has over 18 years of experience in account management.
As our Accounts Manager, she is responsible for daily bookkeeping for managed properties, rent roll and occupancy/vacancy management, processing monthly billing for tenants according to lease terms, generating monthly status reports for property owners, NNN reconciliations and annual statements to tenants.
In her free time Kristen enjoys listening to music, watching anything Star Wars related, and most of all spending as much time as possible with her 3 dogs.
