I am Daisy Borba and have been investing and managing personal property in the Tri-Valley area since 1989.
I have shared a passion for finding properties that "pencil out" as keen investments and have learned from experience what it takes to properly screen and keep good tenants.

Daisy is a third generation Orange County native who attended college across the Bay at Menlo College where she played on the women's volleyball team and earned a BS in Business Admin.

Electronic deposit directly into your bank account, this method is preferred by the vast majority of our owners and is much quicker allowing us to get you paid between the 7th-9th of the month.
Physical check in the mail, our bank will send you a check and depending on the mail delivery service you should receive a check between the 11th-14th of the month.
Owners will receive an itemized statement monthly emailed from our property management software every month between the 7th-9th.
If there is a problem with an applicant's credit, we can require last month's rent to be pre-paid in addition to the security deposit.
If the goal is to buy and leverage for multiple investments each year, be sure a plan is in place for each purchase.
Include timing, type of property, after-tax rate of return (yield) expected, and future values of each investment.
Project in the plan how to accomplish it, what you want to achieve and when you want to achieve it.
Put the plan in writing and follow it.
Be sure to work with a Broker that knows how to work with you to determine your after tax investment rate, cash flow after taxes, and investment performance summary.
