As you know we have lived out of the USA for almost 15 years and we were less than familiar with the process of purchasing real estate.
Therefore we would have been lost in a sea of confusing documents and procedures if it had not been for your continued guidance.
In addition we purchased the condo without actually having seen or inspected the property and thus had to rely on your evaluation and assessments and of course you had to deal with our many questions and comments.
