By way of introduction, my name is Bernard Goodman. Originally from England-hence my accent-I have been a real estate broker-owner since 1986 in the Conejo, Ventura and Los Angeles areas. Over 95 percent of my business comes from referrals from past clients and their families and friends. Because I am dedicated to personal service and one-on-one consultation, which sets me apart from others in my business.
Moreover, I go that extra distance to make certain every real estate transaction goes smoothly. I make a personal commitment to each of my clients to walk them through the often confusing buying or selling process, one step at a time. I handle all of the paperwork myself and sit down with my clients to go over contracts and other documents to ensure there are no misunderstandings or mistakes.
My job is to accommodate my clients. I will work with their schedules. I will come to them at home, work or coffee shop, wherever it is convenient for them. Some real estate companies have their own escrow, title or mortgage businesses, but I only use independent service providers.
