I became a unique asset to my clients and the industry. As the market bounced back my expertise in real estate sales deepened. I helped many buyers and sellers successfully navigate local markets. I also helped families, who lost homes in the housing crash, re-enter the market under better terms.

Billy Ross was raised in Compton, and as a child, he overcame insurmountable odds to become the first in his family to graduate college.
His first career was in human services and social work, where he served underprivileged communities in and around Los Angeles.
He found meaning in this rewarding work, but buying his first home in 2002 (with his wife of now over 20 years) introduced him to a new passion.

I graduated from California State University at Fullerton, with a Bachelors of Degree in Human Services.
I also attended Claremont Graduate University as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar.
After college, I worked in human services and helped underserved communities access critical resources in Los Angeles and the San Gabriel Valley.
In 2006 I decided to pursue a career in real estate.
So I left my career in human services to work full-time in residential appraisal.
The following year I obtained a brokers license.
I also attended Claremont Graduate University as a Ronald E. McNair Scholar.
