Prior to founding Alcasa, Inc., Jo held numerous positions at the Fieldstone Group of Companies including division president, general manager, director of land acquisition, and project manager.
During her time at Fieldstone, Jo generated over $325 million net operating income, founded the North Counties division, managed the land company, led the acquisition teams for all master planned communities, and wound down three operating divisions.
