It is the mission of the Four Rivers Association of REALTORS to provide our members with the education and tools necessary to assist those in the Real Estate Market professionally with knowledge and integrity. Members of our local Board also maintain memberships in the Idaho Association of REALTORS (IR), and/or the Oregon Association of REALTORS (OR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) to promote and maintain high standards of conduct in the Real Estate Profession.

We are accepting Nominations for 2021 FRAOR REALTOR of the Year! In keeping with the goals and purpose of us being REALTORS, not just licensed agents, the honor of being chosen REALTOR of the Year (aka ROTY) points to a REALTOR who goes a step beyond just selling. According to our Associations Policy and Procedures, the board is to notify all upcoming officer and director positions that need to be filled during the 2021 Calendar year.

Four Rivers Association of REALTORS is governed by member-approved bylaws, a board-approved strategic plan, as well as different policies.

Education is very diverse with not only designations achieved through classes offered by NAR but also State and Local Associations offering classes on a continual basis for it's members.
Our members are some of the kindest and most giving individuals you could meet.
They are willing to raise money for community causes, such as Rose Advocates, The Harmon Killebrew Miracle Field, the DAV and family that have come upon hard times.

Dues are collected by your Local Association and then forwarded to the State and National Association.

Help support the strengthening of the REALTOR brand to help gain consumer confidence.
