Robert has called the Lowcountry home since 2007, moving from Erie Pennsylvania in the middle of a blizzard with his car packed with everything he owned. Coming from a place that had 2 seasons: Winter and August, Robert fell in love with the incredible year round weather and beauty the Lowcountry has to offer. Robert received his B.A. from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania in Intelligence Studies, a degree with a focus on research, analysis and history.
He attributes his success in real estate to his ability to research the market and better understand the past and today's market to help his sellers and buyers. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his son Robbie and his beautiful wife Sandra from Colombia, South America, whom he married in 2012 with a romantic ceremony at the Waterside Chapel on the May River followed by an exquisite reception in the grand ballroom of the River House at Palmetto Bluff, one of his favorite communities.
In 2021, Robert decided to officially open his own Brokerage - Moul, REALTORS with an office in downtown Bluffton.
