Initially specializing in the development and construction of medical office buildings. Our experience and expertise has evolved into developing and constructing commercial office buildings, commercial retail strip centers, municipal airport hangars and runways, self-storage facilities and multi-family residential properties.
Our main focus is in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Over the past 20 years, Aerofirma has developed and built (18) medical office buildings, four (4) commercial retail strip centers, three (3) self-storage complexes containing over 1,500 units/parking spaces, eleven (11) municipal aircraft hangars and a flight school at GP Municipal Airport & two (2) Golden Chick restaurants.
Aerofirma also purchased a 28,000 sq. This is a 272 unit complex and is currently in its lease up phase. This retail facility currently has 3 tenants (bank and two restaurants) and discussions are underway with additional potential tenants.
