Services
There is a $350 professional development fee for New Members and a $100 professional development fee for returning members and those transferring from other associations.
Benefits of your NETAR membership are education, real estate information, political advocacy, and the affiliations you need to provide the best possible service to your clients.
NETAR has represented its members and associates in the seven counties from the Northeast Tennessee region since 1996.
The Association provides members the benefit of strong positioning of organized leadership.
REALTORS are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time.
The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS.
Take your Code of Ethics class at NETAR!
As REALTORS, our success isn't measured by the bottom line.
It's measured by the trust of our clients and customers and the esteem in which we're held by our colleagues.
Desktop or Laptop Audio & Video: There are two ways to join meeting audio, joining via computer or joining via telephone.
We recommend joining 20 minutes before the start of class, this will give you time to test your audio connection and camera, you will also have time to send any questions to the meeting host.
Audio: Go to your phone settings > Privacy > Microphone and switch on the toggle for Zoom.
Video: Go to your phone settings > Scroll all the way down to Zoom > You will see the access settings, make sure camera access is switched on.
Since 1969, the REALTORS Political Action Committee (RPAC) has promoted the election of pro-REALTOR candidates across the United States.
The purpose of RPAC is clear: voluntary contributions made by REALTORS are used to help elect candidates who understand and support their interests.
These are not members' dues; this is money given freely by REALTORS in recognition of the importance of the political process.
Contributions are not deductible for income tax purposes.
Contributions to RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes.
One of the first steps to becoming a REALTOR is to make appointments with area Brokers/Firms to gain understanding of the profession.
In order to become a licensee, you must take a state proctored exam.
Prior to taking the exam, you must complete the requirements set by the real estate commission in your state.
