I purchased a mid-century home and loved doing the renovations. After several banking accusations I opted to get into construction/ remodeling. I owned my own construction company for 16 years managing both residential and commercial construction. Renovating national commercial 300+ room hotels from Anchorage Alaska to L.A. and several states in-between.
My knowledge of the building process is extensive. With the change of the market I opted to get my Florida real estate license and put my expertise to work for my buying and selling real estate clients.
