David has an interesting, efficient, and informative instructional method that held our attention and actually gave us new and up to date information about the ongoing changes in the real estate legal issues and in the industry as a whole. My experience with Garden State Real Estate Academy was excellent. If you are attempting to navigate the waters of the different South Jersey real estate classes there is no gamble here. GSREA's instructor has purposefully set out to keep class sizes small allowing for in depth topic discussion while also relaying decades worth of accrued knowledge making the NJ real estate licensing coursework much more understandable and applicable.
