Great real estate photography can be the key to a quick sale.
The photographs I take aim to not only "show" the property, but to show it from the right angles and in the best light.
I want viewers to want to be in that room.
My shooting method is to use external flashes while also taking advantage of natural light unless the scene calls for something different.
For interiors, plan for me to be there for a while.
I am not a point and shoot photographer.
Before delivery, the entire photo shoot is reviewed, edited and enhanced so that each room, exterior or vista can be seen at its best.

Professional staging isn't necessary but highly recommended!

Tours can consist of unlimited photos so if there is more too see than the maximum 30 photos allowed on the MLS, the virtual tour is an excellent tool.
