We also build and redevelop custom construction homes and commercial projects for select clients under Gibbs Capital Construction. We only operate within a 100 mile radius of Athens, Georgia.
We study growth and employment rates, trends, and other economic forces that affect the markets in which we invest on both macro and micro levels. We live, work, and play in our markets, and strive to maintain a deep understanding of buyer and tenant demands. We buy under-performing or under-managed properties in great locations within our markets.
Most of our acquisitions come from our network of trusted real estate agents and brokers who seek us out when deals that meet our criteria cross their desks. Most properties are purchased prior to being listed on the open market or MLS service. Our purchases are typically "extensive construction projects."
