The Great Falls Association of REALTORS (GFAR) has been based in Great Falls, Montana, for over a century.
We are a professional trade organization that serves more than 300 REALTOR and Affiliate members.
GFAR is affiliated with the Montana Association of REALTORS (MAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), and works to provide our members with the tools they need to remain successful.

Are you a principal owner of a Real Estate or Appraiser office?
This committee develops the annual budget for presentation to the Board of Directors and Members.
Researches non-dues revenue sources and monitors balance of income to expenses.
Meets regularly on the 2nd Thursday of every month.
The Government Affairs Committee keep members informed as to political activities and promotes private property rights.
The committee solicits contributions for political interests and the issues mobilization fund, determining where funds might be best used for candidates or issues relevant to the real estate industry.
Adopted in 1913, the code of ethics was one of the first codifications of ethical duties adopted by any business group.
The Code ensures that consumers are served by requiring REALTORS to cooperate with each other in furthering clients' best interests.
REALTORS are required to complete ethics training of not less than 2 hours, 30 minutes of instructional time.
The training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS.
All courses through ARELLO are approved for Montana CE credit ARELLO-IDECC Certified Online CE Courses.
