I'm a full time dedicated real estate professional who believes in providing the best service for my clients. I strongly feel that personal attention and interaction are vital to the Client/Realtor relationship. Prior to becoming a Broker Associate, I was a Licensed/Certified Real Estate Appraiser (40 yrs). During this time I owned California Natural Spice Co., which manufactured and distributed (several products mixed with) Sun-Dried Tomatoes in shaker jars to high-end grocery stores, wineries and the internet.
While owning Bressani & Associates - Real Estate Appraisers, I had the opportunity to teach Appraisal at the Jr. College level. In addition, I've been Chairman of the Monterey Bay Appraisal Seminar (the oldest appraisal seminar in the country), I've been Vice President of a nation wide appraisal company, Chief Appraiser and Construction Loan Analysts for a smaller mortgage company, and President of the Real Estate Appraisers Association (REAA).
I've had the opportunity to learn and work as a Broker Associate for two largest brokerage firms in Sacramento County, one of which may be the largest in the world.
