First, she received her license in North Carolina, then, after moving home to Tennessee in 2010, she received her real estate Brokers license.
After working in various real estate administrative positions, Mary saw a need for administrative assistance for real estate agents and RE Assist, Inc was created.
In 2014, RE Assist, Inc opened its doors with Mary and 1 Transaction Coordinator.
Since 2014, RE Assist has closed thousand of transactions and has multiple TC's to assist their clients.

Katina graduated from North Georgia College and State University with a BS in Art Marketing.
Katina has two children, and a love for animals!
On the weekends, you can find her hanging out with her family and yelling GO DAWGS when the Bulldogs are playing!.

Notify all parties that your Transaction Coordinator is the central point of contact for all details pertaining to the closing and that the Closing Specialist is representing you.
Send contract and disclosures to client, opposite agent, Lender, closing agency, title company, attorney.
Follow all performance deadlines of the contract to include earnest money/trust money, inspections, appraisal, completion of repairs.
