If you are paying cash for your real estate purchase, we can probably tell you the amount required for closing soon after obtaining your file and determining a closing date.
If you have a lender or a loan, we probably will not be able to provide the amount required for closing until your lender provides the closing date and their fees.
This usually will occur closer to closing date.
