Tammie M. Jones is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who services Carter, Washington, Johnson, Unicoi and Sullivan counties of Tennessee.
She Provides appraisal services in a professional manner without compromising quality.
Her goal is to complete credible appraisal reports which can be relied upon for loan, marketing or estate planning purposes.
Specializing in Single Family Residential and Land appraisals, Tammie began her appraisal career in 2002 servicing numerous lenders, individuals and attorneys with their valuation needs.
Jason Blevins is the owner of Randall Birchfield Real Estate and Auction.
He took over the successful family run real estate and auction business in 2011 from his father-in-law Randall Birchfield.
Jason is an affiliate broker and principal auctioneer with the company.
A native of Grundy, Virginia, he relocated to the Tri-Cities in 1994.
In 1998, he obtained a degree in Biology from Emory & Henry College in Emory, VA.
He began his real estate and auction career with his wife in 2005.
An avid hunter and fisherman, Jason is familiar with our area mountains, rivers and lakes.
Elizabethton, founded in 1799 and incorporated in 1905, is the county seat of Carter County, Tennessee.
It is also the site of the first independent American settlement west of both the Eastern Continental Divide and the original thirteen British colonies in America.
The Doe River flows underneath the historic Elizabethton Covered Bridge, built in 1882.
The Elizabethton Historic District contains a variety of properties ranging in age from the late 1700s through the 1930s including most of Elizabethton's downtown.
