After graduating with a degree in business from Ohio University in 1968, Lawrence "Larry" B. Levey moved to New York City to begin a career as a banker.
After being scolded for conversing with a vice president just a few years his senior, Mr. Levey decided the banking business culture wasn't for him.
So Larry moved back to his hometown, married his college sweetheart, and started over as an apprentice to a local appraiser, broker, and investor in commercial real estate.
Four years later, after completing a number of small but successful commercial real estate projects in Northeast Ohio, Mr. Levey founded Levey and Company, d/b/a LRC Realty, Inc.
