JMB Suggests that you take Basic Appraisal Principles, Basic Appraisal Procedures and The National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice before any of the other appraisal classes.

The state of Massachusetts requires that anyone entering the Real Estate profession complete a 40-hour approved classroom instruction prior to taking the state examination.
Tuition is $395, which includes cost of text and materials.
In addition, you get our written guarantee that any student who fails the state exam, within one year from dated certificate, may attend the next course offering free of charge.
Please bring a highlighter and a calculator to class!

If you need a copy of your original appraisal transcript, JMB Real Estate Academy will be happy to send you a copy.
Any student needing ONE copy of a previously issued certificate within a 12-month period can obtain their copy free of charge, for additional certificates JMB Real Estate Academy will charge $5 per class.
No cash or credit card payments are accepted.
Any request for a transcript between 1 and 5 years old, JMB Real Estate Academy will charge a standard fee of $10 per class.
No cash or credit card payments accepted.

Any student wishing to have one of JMB classes approved in another state for their own personal licensure may be required from that state to supply a course syllabus.
JMB does not guarantee that any class will be approved using this syllabus.
Syllabus requests must be made in writing for classes that have already been competed by JMB students.
The fee for each syllabus will be $25.00.
This request will be sent out within 7 business days from the date the request was received by the Academy.
