Originally established to be the marketing branch of the area's premier builder, Westhills Company, it quickly developed into a full service real estate business serving a multitude of clients.
Richard Kane joined the firm in 1990 and directed its operations until 2010 when he purchased Westhills Ltd REALTORS; thus fully separating the two companies.
The office moved as well, settling into Fishersville, to be a more centralized location to serve its clients.
