Our lease purchase program clients must have over a 580-credit score, Income must be equal to or greater than $3,600- $5,000.
Must be able to provide documentation to support your household income, must have positive rental history reporting for the last 24 months, you can't have an active bankruptcy, or foreclosure.
Once your bankruptcy is discharged or your foreclosure is recorded then you are eligible.
Our lease purchase program clients must have over a 580-credit score, Income must be equal to or greater than $3,600- $5,000.
Must be able to provide documentation to support your household income, must have positive rental history reporting for the last 24 months, you can't have an active bankruptcy, or foreclosure.
