Ann has been in the real estate sales & appraisal business for 25 years and is currently the Principle Broker and owner. She is a longtime river rat and enjoys golf and gardening. With over $49 Million in closed sales including a 2800 acre Featherfin farm in 2006, she is a local expert in rural real estate. Chase is new agent to the real estate sales team.

He recently graduated with an Associates degree from Central Virginia Community College and was a proud member of the 2015 and 2016 State Championship Appomattox Raiders football team.
