I work in Camden county and Gloucester county in Southern New Jersey and focus my real estate practice on residential business. Many of my clients are Move up Sellers and I help them sell their home so that they can buy another home.this is often more tricky that it seems but with a little planning and the benefits of my experience and advice, it's no problem.

I work with a lot of first time buyers, too. I enjoy answering questions, educating and guiding them in thier first big investment. Im also an experienced landlord and real estate investor. I work with several banks to sell thier foreclosure properties in Camden and Gloucester county and so I naturally work with other investors who buy and sell homes for a full time living and for part time profit.

I'm very familiar with the foreclosure process, sheriff sales, bankruptcy, landlord tenant law, evictions, writ of possession, and REO /Bank listings.
