A traditional real estate firm will list your property on the MLS for a 5-6% commission, which is shared between the listing agent and the buyer's agent.

Just like the traditional firm, we list your property on the MLS also, but the BIG difference is our service removes the listing agent side of the commission, saving our clients 2.5% - 3% in commission, which results in our clients saving thousands of dollars.By offering the same 2.5% commission to the buyer's agent that most traditional firms offer, your listing receives the same treatment and attention as any other full service real estate listing.

Best of all, you retain the right to sell your property directly to a buyer without an agent and pay no commission at all! Although it is unlikely, it is possible and is your best case scenario. Plus, we handle all of your showing requests, negotiations, document completion, and include a professional yard sign, combination lockbox, and professional photography!

Why do other flat fee listing companies offer you different priced packages to sell your house?
