I have worked with several of the Broadway Real Estate team realtors, both on the buyers side and sellers side. They are certainly on top of their game. Willing to go the extra mile when necessary to bring the deal together for a smooth close. They listen to their clients and also follow up with me the lender to assure that what they are offering or asking for is truly necessary to make the purchase work.

They keep us all in the loop. I would recommend them to anyone! We have been extremely fortunate to work with Larry Machalk of Broadway Real Estate on several occasions when purchasing property in the Marinette/Menominee areas. Each time we met with Larry, we were impressed with both his level of professionalism as well as his friendly demeanor. In our recent home purchase, we were unsure of what we wanted, and he was always willing to show us any properties we were interested in.

Additionally, he was especially accommodating with our schedules and made himself available to assist us both in person and over email/phone.
Services
The firm of Broadway Real Estate all started with a newspaper ad that read "If you like houses, come and see us".
LaVonne Kloida, founder of Broadway Real Estate did like houses so she applied not sure what the job entailed.
As it turned out Ryan Real Estate was looking for a new sales agent.
The idea of selling houses or "problem solving" as LaVonne puts it; appealed to her so she enrolled in a real estate course in Traverse City.
She passed her licensing exam on the first try and spent 5 years with Ryan Real Estate acquiring the job skills on the way.

Adm. Code RL 24.07(8)) requires real estate brokers to deliver a copy of written agency disclosure form to you prior to providing you brokerage services.
This is a disclosure of the duties that a real estate broker owes to all parties in a real estate transaction under Wisconsin law (see lines 7 to 23) and the duties owed to the broker's clients in the transaction (see 24 to 32).
Disclose to each party all material adverse facts that the broker knows and that the party does now know or cannot discover through reasonably vigilant observation, unless the disclosure of a material adverse fact is prohibited by law.
Your next home could very well be your dream home.
It might be the home you've wanted in your heart all along and, for one reason or another, you just haven't found it yet.
But it could come on the market soon.
Maybe today, or perhaps tomorrow, next week or next month.
We could very well be the broker to help you find it.
We'll add your home requirements to our "email alerts" and the minute a home appears meeting your criteria, we'll send an "alert" to your email address telling you about the property.
The Internet has made possible entirely new methods of real estate promotions and sales.
Now home listings can be put online and accessed by realtors and prospective buyers from all over the planet.
Our brokerage is one of the few that makes sure we explore all the promotional methods to ensure your home sells - on the ground or over the Internet!
List it in on our website - the first thing we do is to make sure your home is listed with all the agents of our brokerage and available to any buyer that is looking for homes through them.
