Fran Decker, CPA, CRE, founder of Decker Capital Management LLC, an investment advisory and consulting firm, has been a part of the institutional real estate world for over 35 years.
Prior to founding Decker Capital Management, LLC he served as Principal and Senior Consultant to REFS for 12 years.
In his previous position at High Street Realty, which he joined in 2004, Decker was the partner responsible for portfolio and asset management, property financings and co-investor reporting.
In this role, he established and implemented policies and procedures, as well as directed operations.
