A completed and signed/dated application is required for each adult over the age of 18 who will be occupying the unit.
Each adult applicant is required to provide a current credit and criminal report.
Please purchase the basic TENANT screening report.
You will be required to provide a copy of this report at the time of application.
Prior to purchasing the report, please read the guidelines for approval/decline to see if you will meet the minimum screening criteria.
