Born and raised in Oconee County, John Powell started in real estate 47 years ago when he got a job as a boat driver for the fledgeling Keowee Key development.
Through a series of events, John eventually became a salesman in that development.
Cliff graduated Walhalla High School in 2010 and attended Clemson University graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2014 with degrees in History and Russian.
During his time at Clemson he taught English.
Amanda has been a real estate agent since 2016.
During that time, she has worked with numerous buyers and sellers and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
