We list properties of all kinds for sale. Listing a properties (homes, land, businesses) involves a lot of research and knowledge as well as dynamic marketing. We represent buyers so they feel protected and informed before, during & after a transaction. AND it may not cost the buyer anything at all to have us represent them. We do the research on the houses that buyers like, we set up the appointments, show the house and walk them through every step of making an offer, the contract on through to closing.

I was born & raised in Upstate NY.
I ventured off to RI for college and lived in New England for several years.
When I returned to this area I realized there was a need for exceptional home buyer representation and that was the basis for building my brokerage.
But eventually my valued buyers needed to sell their homes and we began to excel at listing homes too.
