Yes.
Pets are allowed in most of our units.
There is a limit and we do require either a monthly pet rent or an upfront fee which is NON-refundable.
The following dogs are NOT allowed: Pitbull terrier-types (American Staffordshire/American bull terrier), Akita, Rottweiler, Doberman pincher, German Shepard.
All other breeds are up to our discretion.
Q: Do you require first, last and security deposit?
We require the first month's rent and a security deposit that is equal to the rent upon lease signing.
Yes.
