The New School of Real Estate is a New Jersey Real Estate school and is open to anyone age 18 and up wishing to become a real estate agent in New Jersey or agents who are ready to take a Broker class. All classes are given in a real location. You cannot do this online. Your First step is to register for classes. If you want to become a real estate agent in New Jersey you must take a real estate course given by a school approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission.

The class is structured to teach the essential elements of real estate including representing buyers and sellers, license law, deeds, financial aspects, property descriptions, fair housing and much more!
Once completed the student has one year from the completion date of the class to the pass the state exam.
State exams are not given by real estate schools but are given at sites located throughout the state.
