I have been involved with Maxwell Real Estate since 1974. For many years I was a custom home builder but decided to hang up that hat and sell real estate full time and later get my Certified Appraiser's license. I started Maxwell Real Estate in 1967. At that time they didn't give classes, you got a book and read it and they only gave the test once a year.

Lucky me I passed it the first time. At that time I was the only female. I was born and grew up in Ada and have lived here most of my life. After spending 10 years in Riverside, Calif. Ken and I decided to move home to raise our only child Holly, in the same small town environment as we grew. Tiffany is a graduate of East Central University and a former medical professional.

Working with patients in surgery for the past 10 years she is passionate about helping others. She believes in not only helping her.

How Can an Agent Help Me Buy a Home?
Buying a home can be an overwhelming process.
From financing to negotiating to closing, there are a lot of moving pieces that can leave homebuyers bewildered.
A real estate agent can help guide you through each step of the buying process, offering sound advice along the way.
By working with a professional agent who knows the ins and outs of the real estate industry, you'll not only end up with a great home, but you'll also walk away with a great experience.
By providing your real estate agent with some basic information about your income, savings, and debt, he or she can assist you in getting pre-approved by a reputable lender.
Whether you're a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned real estate investor, buying a home is a an exciting process.
However, there's also a lot to consider when you decide to buy.
So before you begin your search for the perfect property, here are four questions you should ask yourself.
What do I want?
Take the time to figure out what type of property you want to buy.
From single-family and multi-family homes to condos and co-ops, there are many different options on the market and it's important to choose the type that best fits your needs.
Let's face the facts: Buying a home can be an amazing experience, but it can also be quite complicated.
With emotions running high, it's all too easy for homebuyers to skip over crucial steps and make mistakes.
But don't worry!
I've laid out some of the biggest mistakes that homebuyers make below so you will know to avoid them.
If you find a house that you absolutely love, don't play games: work with your agent to come up with a reasonable offer based on the sales of comparable properties in the area.
When Is the Right Time to Sell?
Times are changing and you're thinking about moving the family into a new home.
But before you start searching for your next dream home, you'll need to figure out when you're going to sell your existing home.
The decision is a complex one, especially considering the unpredictable economic environment you're living in.
And while there's no magic formula for determining the best time to sell a home, there are several factors you should consider.
This likely won't come as a big surprise: you should avoid selling your home during the winter holiday season.
