Oliver and Yolanda have been involved in real estate since 1993 and have been a party to over 1500 real estate transactions. They founded St. Germain Properties with the mission to provide an "Outrageously Superior" experience when selling or buying your home. Oliver represents several builders in Isle of Palms and Mt. Pleasant, bringing new new construction projects to market.
He also works with Sellers in IOP, Sullivans Island, and Mt. Pleasant specializing in Luxury Homes. Previously, he was the CEO of Tuscany Financial, a mortgage Broker and settlement company serving 7 states. Yolanda specializes in staging Luxury Homes to maximize appeal to Buyers, as well as working with Buyers relocating to our Area. Oliver and Yolanda are active real estate investors having personally bought and sold over 30 properties.
They currently live in Mount Pleasant and are the proud parents of three beautiful and usually well behaved boys. Oliver's passion is music and he was an active musician in a local church as well as a composing and recording artist.
