Lots of business was conducted out of that little office, but within a year Home Range moved to downtown Oberlin at 157 S. Penn Ave.
In 2015, Home Range moved to the corner of Hwy.
83 and Hwy.
36 in the converted port of entry building and in 2021, Home Range moved to 702 N. Penn at its current location and has expanded to four (4) agents, Gary and Marsha Richards, Brokers, and Spring Louderback (our daughter) and Diane Zodrow, Sales Agents.
