Services
Located in the municipality of Florissant and price around $90,000.
I will soon be getting a nice 1.5 Story home on Alexander St in St Louis City. 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths - and a Detached 1 Car Garage.
I sold the home to this seller back in 2009.
He's now living out of state.
I like when past clients call me back.
I want to be your Realtor for life as well!

Answers to commonly asked questions are provided here regarding Home Inspections, Occupancy Inspection and offering a Home Warranty.
Your Realtor will guide you through the entire process of selling your property from listing to sale.
Listing with a broker assures your property gets maximum exposure and greatly reduces the stress that can arise from the difficult task of selling a property.
Code Inspection - Unless you plan to sell your home as-is, the Residential Sale Contract you will sign with a buyer requires the seller to order any Government Code Inspections where they are required for change of occupancy.
The buyer of your home cannot move in until getting an occupancy permit, which can only be issued after your property has passed such code inspections.
Most areas in St Charles and Jefferson County do not require a code inspection.
But all of unincorporated St Louis County, and cities within St Louis county, such as Ballwin, Hazelwood or Florissant, do require a code inspection.
Utility Service Termination - Below are phone numbers for utility companies to assist you with termination of services.
I suggest waiting to call the utility companies until the day before closing.
Perhaps consider calling on closing day after your sale has closed.
You can call just one business day prior to closing and utilities can be taken out of your name the next day.
About one in 6 closings get delayed by a few days, often due to your buyer's lender needing more time.
If this happens, you would have to call the utility companies back to provide new termination dates.
